Partnerships

As we grow into our new studio, Amherst Ballet is beginning to build new community partnerships.

We are excited to have begun relationships with the Amherst and Northampton Survival Centers, to ensure that dancers in their communities know we offer accessible classes, workshops, and performance experience.  With the Amherst Survival Center, we are developing programming tailored to the Amherst Survival Center’s community.

As performing artists, many of us have needed the support and nourishment that places like the Amherst Survival Center provide, and we are so grateful for them and the opportunity to develop programs with them.

And we love dancing in the local libraries! Libraries provide so many amazing resources to local communities, and it is a pleasure to be able to partner with them.

We have partnered with the Hadley Public Library and more recently the Munson Memorial Library in Amherst on several events this season, and are looking forward to a creative movement program we’re offering with the Forbes Library this summer.

Stay tuned for upcoming library programs on our events and summer programs pages!

Check back regularly as we continue to expand our partnerships with local organizations, and please reach out if you are connected to a group or organization that might want to collaborate with us by emailing info@amherstballet.org.
