INTRO TO BALLET FOR ADULTS

This is an 6-week course designed to teach adults the beginning basics of ballet technique as well as proper and healthy bio-mechanical body alignment. Students will learn basic ballet positions, vocabulary, and class exercises with an emphasis on alignment and musicality.
Class meets 1.5 hours per week for 6 weeks.
