Amherst Ballet is pleased to announce an exciting new partnership with Sattva Archery in Florence! This August 4th and 5th, we bring to you a dance between the martial and performing arts: a fascinating 2-day workshop celebrating the similarities between archery and ballet.
Held at Sattva’s studios in Northampton, this is a beginner-friendly course for ages 12 and up, all levels of experience welcome. Whether you are aiming for a target or the perfect pirouette, we will focus on what both art forms share in common: alignment, focus, mental and physical balance, mindfulness, and of course just having fun!
