“Amherst Ballet gave me a great technical foundation that prepared me for a professional career … it supported me as a teenager and provided for my social and educational needs in preparation for adulthood, and it gave me a lifelong group of friends….
Amherst Ballet is an essential community organization because of what it provides for the children of the community, and because of the value of the productions it mounts for audiences.
It is unique in the balance of quality of ballet and caring nature that it offers.”
